Remnant photographs

Norma and I spent part of the winter of 2017 on Monhegan Island. It was over this period that I photographed the remnants shown in this section and the houses shown in the following section.

 

It was bitterly cold during part of this period. The temperatures went below zero one night and stayed in single digits for a full week. I learned that below zero temperatures are rare due to the surrounding water temperatures. The mainland just 10 miles away saw brutally low temps during this period. This made photography that much more interesting!
